Delivery and Returns Policy
FREE Delivery on all Orders
FREE P&P via first class post the next day to UK mainland only. Orders placed before 12pm will be sent via FREE first class delivery the following day. Any orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after. All orders next day deliveries are subject to stock availability. If stock levels are low, we will post them within 5-7 working days.
Currently, we do not ship packages outside of mainland UK.
1. We will endeavour to dispatch your order on the day of receipt of order provided it is placed before 12pm. If your order is received after this time, on a weekend or Bank Holiday then it will be dispatched on the next business day. During periods of excessive demand or under other exceptional circumstances these time indications may increase.
2. In the unlikely event that any of the products within your order being out of stock, we will notify you immediately via email with an indication of when we expect the item to be back in stock. Providing the item is not on back order with our suppliers we will endeavour to dispatch any out of stock products to you within 5-7 working days. If you choose to cancel this part of the order then a full refund for the out of stock item will be honoured.
3. When any item is out of stock, we will dispatch it when it is back in stock, per item 2 above, at no additional charge.
4. Delivery is normally via Royal Mail or Parcel Force. We will retain proof of dispatch for all deliveries and some deliveries may need to be signed for by you. If a parcel is returned to us having not been signed for then a charge £5.00 may be made to re-issue the item. Should there be any dispute regards non-receipt of goods it will be determined if it is the fault of Estetica Beauty Shop or the delivery service company. In the unlikely event of your order not arriving, please note that Royal Mail will not consider it lost until 21 days. We cannot resend any missing packages until after this time once the lost parcel issue has been resolved.
Returns Policy
All of the products at Estetica Beauty Shop come directly from the legitimate wholesale company/ owner-company to our salon. Therefore, for each brand, we are confident in the knowledge that they excellent quality when dispatched by us. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your product, you may return your product to us for up to 7 working days from the date of receipt and providing the product returns to us in a satisfactory condition (as below), a full refund will be given.
If you would like to return an item to us, within the “7 days cooling off period”, please take the following steps to ensure a swift and easy returns transaction:
1. Contact us via email to confirm that you would like to return the item with a description of why. We will confirm that we are happy to take receipt of the returns and any details to enable the return.
2. You will need to arrange for return delivery of the item. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
3. If after 7 days you choose to return an item to us that you should follow points 1 and 2 above. If upon receipt of a return and once we have checked the item we find no fault or damage, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item(s) and to recover any additional expenses from you.
4. Any products returned to us should be returned as best as possible in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we feel that the product has been used or that the packaging isn’t suitably still intact.
5. Any sale/ special offer items will not be eligible for a refund unless damaged or defective.
6. We will refund any monies owing to you following the return of an item by the same method of payment used when purchasing the product (paypal).
7. Your consumer rights allow you to cancel a Contract with us at any time within seven working days beginning on the day after you received the product. Providing you have followed the steps above to notify us of your decision to return the item and providing that the product are returned to us in a suitable condition then you will receive a full refund for the price paid for the item. If you decide to return an item after this point, then you should email us with a description as to why. It will then be at our discretion as to whether or not a refund will then be given.
8. In summary, to cancel your Contract, you must inform us (within 7 days) by email and provide a brief explanation as to the reason for the return. We will email you with the relevant return instructions. Upon receipt of those instructions, you must return the product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, with the original packaging slip or a copy thereof, and at your own cost and risk. We would suggest that you consider the use of Recorded Delivery, or some other form of trackable delivery to return any product(s) to us.
